These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of Elevana Learning’s website, content, and services, including eBooks, online courses, webinars, subscriptions, coaching, and any online community we may offer.

By using our website or purchasing/accessing our products, you agree to these Terms.

Our content is general education and information. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

3) Purchases, access and delivery

Digital products (eBooks, downloads)

• eBooks and downloadable products are delivered digitally.

• You are responsible for ensuring your email address and device access are correct.

Online courses, webinars and memberships

• Course/webinar access is provided via your account or via links we supply.

• Access timeframes (if limited) will be stated on the product page.

• We may update or improve content over time.

4) Subscriptions and recurring payments (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription/membership:

• Payments are charged on a recurring basis as shown at checkout.

• You can cancel according to the cancellation method provided (e.g., via your account or by contacting support).

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

5) Refunds and change-of-mind

Because our products are primarily digital, refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind once access/download is provided, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe you purchased in error or experienced a genuine access issue, contact hello@elevana.com.au and we’ll assess fairly.

Australian Consumer Law: Our goods/services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You may be entitled to a remedy for major failures as required by law.

All content (courses, videos, worksheets, templates, downloads, website text and branding) is owned by Elevana Learning or licensed to us.

You may:

• Access and use content for your personal use (or internal organisational use if explicitly purchased/licensed that way)

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share access/logins

• Upload or republish our materials (including in groups, workplaces, or schools) without written permission

• Record or distribute paid webinars or course content without permission

If you want to license content for a school, organisation, university, or group cohort, contact us for a written agreement.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Break laws or infringe rights

• Harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts

• Disrupt or damage the website/platform

8) Community guidelines (if/when a community exists)

If you participate in an online community:

• Be respectful and constructive

• Don’t share private information about others

• Don’t post illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

• We may remove content or restrict access for breaches
